The nucleus is a structure consisting of a double membrane called the nuclear envelope that surrounds the DNA of the cells separated from the cytoplasm. The internal environment is called nucleoplasm and are submerged, more or less condensed DNA fibers called chromatin corpuscles consisting of RNA known as nucleoli.
